Brandon Soufer, from rookie to referent real estate

Brandon Soufer isn’t just another real estate broker in Los Angeles, in the past year he changed from car sales with Lexus to real estate broker, closing his first deal only 3 weeks after joining Keller Williams Realty Brentwood Estates.

After years of experience and developing skills in car sales, Brandon Soufer decided to use all his expertise to apply everything into real estates, knowing that this could be a challenge he embraced this journey and crushed every single test that he faced. Soufer always aimed for excellence, working hard and seeking growth for himself and the people around him. He started at age of 17 and only 3 years after that he was able to manage a whole team that work under his direction. All this effort while studying at University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating with honors and being top of his class.

All this journey of success and accomplishments was hard, according to Soufer’s own words. Luckily for him this wasn’t a lonely road, he has had support from his family, his girlfriend Chanel and a special coach who mentor him, Diane Brito. Brandon knows the important of being in a competitive environment that force the limits of each other to keep everyone in constant development. This is why he found home in a place like Keller Williams Realty Brentwood Estates where their say is “At Keller Williams, we have an ecosystem that pushes us and empowers us to succeed”.

One of the strategies Soufer confirms that helped him accomplish his goals is to know how to work in multiple areas at the same time. Even though he focusses mainly in Los Angeles, Brandon realizes that just by changing from town to town he could find a whole new market and potential buyers. Soufer is currently working with several buyers and sellers anywhere from Downtown Los Angeles to Lake Castaic, and everything in between. Some of his areas of specialty are Beverly Hills, Westwood, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Century City, Santa Monica, and many more.

Now that he feels that everything is getting stable (referring to his average sales level) Brandon is starting to mentor new agents to pass knowledge and create a new team. He hopes to launch his own team of young entrepreneurial agents and focus the efforts to become the exclusive realtor for all Los Angeles sports teams and to manage the buying and selling for all athletes that get traded to and from Los Angeles sports teams.

It is no secret that Brandon Soufer is going to be working hard to stand out and become a reference in Real Estate and any upcoming project. Brandon states, “The biggest joy for me is to give the best experience to my clients and for them to form a long-lasting relationship between them and their realtor, hopefully for life!”
