Hydraulic pump is a variable displacement pressure compensation unit

Elephant Fluid Power has been in the hydraulic business since the beginning of the 20th century. Daxiang fluid power technical team has many years of operation and service experience, providing customers with professional hydraulic system solutions and quality assurance of high-quality products.

Hydraulic Pump

Vane hydraulic pumps usually have a round or oval interior and flat end plates. Figure 3-9 shows a vane pump with a circular interior. The slotted rotor is fixed on a shaft, which enters the pump housing cavity through one of its end plates. Many small rectangular plates or blades are arranged in the slots of the rotor. As the rotor rotates, centrifugal force causes the outer edge of each blade to slide along the surface of the housing cavity. When the rotor and blade assembly rotates, the cavity formed by the blade, end plate, housing and rotor will expand and contract. The air inlet is installed in the housing, so as the cavity increases, fluid may flow into the cavity. An outlet is provided to allow fluid to flow out of the cavity as it becomes smaller.

Aircraft hydraulic pump is a variable displacement pressure compensation unit that can adjust the amount of fluid delivered to maintain a constant pressure. The design of the aircraft hydraulic pump should meet the requirements of MIL-P-19692 [34] and AS595, and is suitable for mineral-based hydraulic oil and phosphate ester hydraulic oil. Both airplane and helicopter engines and AC motors can drive hydraulic pumps. Hydraulic pump should be provided

Hydraulic pump is a hydraulic component that provides pressurized liquid for hydraulic transmission. Its function is to convert the mechanical energy of power machinery (such as electric motors and internal combustion engines) into liquid pressure energy. This is the working principle of a single plunger pump: the cam is driven to rotate by a motor. When the cam pushes the plunger to move upward, the sealing volume formed by the plunger and the cylinder is reduced, and the oil is squeezed out of the sealing volume and discharged to the desired position through the check valve.
