The Pandemic has pushed our Creative intelligence higher, says Kanthi D Suresh of Power Sportz TV

In a series of zoom interactions today beginning with addressing the Senior management of the Radio network, BIG 92.7 fm, to a group of young budding woman Entrepreneurs in an Alumni group, Kanthi D Suresh said that the Pandemic and the challenges around it, only helped in enhancing  the teams  Creative intelligence and harnessed the Power to create & connect. We all were forced to embrace ambiguity and develop an experimental mindset, and it seems to have worked, she said, exuding an effortless confidence!

Power Sportz over the past few months,  has managed to add innovative features to their product line. A Multiple streaming interface on their platform allowing four live streams to run parallelly has enhanced their inventory and monetization capacity by  four times.

A new League division responsible for Intellectual Property creation in Sports seems to have added a new dimension to the business line.  The think-tank part  of this new division seems to have used their intellectual prowess and networking capabilities to put global teams together and create new formats in Global Cricket and Football.

Another interesting  feature being added on is Programmatic video advertising, where customized ads could be served to specific  geo locations from where the user traffic is being generated. Currently the channel, apart from India, gets a large number of users  from USA, UK, Western Europe, and Brazil.

On being asked to give a message to Women entrepreneurs, she said that Entrepreneurship, per se,  is largely gender agnostic, and is important to make sure you don’t mix  ‘small minds’ with ‘big vision’.

Amidst  all the difficulties and challenges, the year 2020 seems to have worked in favour of a few sectors, and the digital sector has definitely been one of them

After tying up with Uber Careem in UAE, now it’s an award in Dubai!

It had been a fabulous first year for Power Sportz, the world’s first sports web TV operating from its state-of-the-art studio in Gurugram. The channel has achieved several milestones one of which includes covering the 2019 ICC CWC in England and Wales.

Kanthi D Suresh, the founder, and editor-in-chief of Power Sportz signed up legendary international cricketers for its unique World Cup programming to work in tandem with former Indian cricketers sitting live at the studio throughout the World Cup.

Among international cricketers, Desmond Haynes was in the studio for the entire stretch of the world event. Others who were dispersed across the world included Clive Lloyd, Andy Bichel, Tony Dell, and Gary Cosier among others. There was Nayan Mongia, Sadanand Viswanath, Atul Wassan, Vivek Razdan, Vijay Dahiya and the young Unmukt Chand who were live from the studio during the World Cup.

Power Sportz collaborates with Uber-Careem

Careem was the largest ride-sharing company in the Middle-East before the US giant Uber acquired it, further boosting their stronghold in the region. In a recent business deal, Power Sportz signed up with Uber-Careem to share its select sports content to be used as their in-ride entertainment offering. This shows the sway Power Sportz programs have on the audience.

Award time for the channel

The qualitative and impactful investigative journalism driven by the CEO Kanthi D Suresh, through the numerous programs on Power Sportz, especially the weekly debate show “Talking Turkey with Kanthi”, remains the core competency of the company.

The efforts of Kanthi D Suresh have not gone unrecognized. She was recently invited by IIT Kanpur to deliver a lecture on entrepreneurship for an event which was graced by renowned dignitaries in the past.

Apart, Kanthi was also awarded recently by a Cabinet Minister from Haryana for her achievements as an entrepreneur.

According to a #trending on Twitter a few days back, many people have talked about Kanthi receiving a Presidential award in Dubai in the mid of September. However, there was no definite mention of the specific President who would give her the award.

Hence, we will come to know the truth behind this highly publicized award ceremony in Dubai only by the mid of September.
