Epic Games and Marvel have dropped the last secret for Season 4 of Fortnite alongside the last two pages of the comic book that saw Thor show up on the Fortnite island to attempt to caution everybody that Galactus was coming.
Truly, it will be a Marvel-themed period of the game. While the previous couple seasons have highlighted both Deadpool and Aquaman (a DC saint), this season is taking things a lot further. Furthermore, dissimilar to past skins, the Marvel characters coming to Fortnite in Chapter 4 aren’t founded on the MCU films—they’re founded on the comic books. That is pretty rad.
In the last piece of the comic book, Sif utilizes the bifrost to bring help for Thor as Galactus makes his emotional passage into the Fortnite universe. An entire group of superheroes appear:
- Skipper America
- Iron Man
- She Hulk
- Dr Doom (not so much a legend)
Not these will essentially be Battle Pass skins (alongside Thor). Skipper America is now a skin in the game and they don’t know that they would include him once more, however this would be a comic book, instead of film, rendition of Cap. A portion of these (counting Sif) may just appear in the Item Shop. Which will be the Tier 100 skin (Dr Doom, most likely) and which will be the Tier 1 saints (Wolverine and Storm?) is not yet clear, however they’ll know such tomorrow.
The secret picture above shows a portion of these characters in the letter “S.” If you string all the mystery pictures together all together you spell the word NEXUS:
Season 3 of Fortnite closes today around evening time, so you just have a couple of hours left to wrap up the Battle Pass which, truth be told, was quite feeble. Season 4’s seems to be a whole lot all the more energizing.
Season 4 will commence tomorrow with another Battle Pass, map changes and a story trailer that will help tissue out the comic book pages. There will be no live occasion, unfortunately, which has been supplanted with said comic book pages this time around, however they expect a Season 4 live occasion standoff between the saints and Galactus will be sufficiently epic to compensate for that.
