Serial Entrepreneur Austin Aducci’s distinct approach to running a promising successful Business

Entrepreneurship is an unavoidable life calling pursued by those who are fortunate enough to take chances. They are optimistic enough to believe in themselves, aware enough to see problems around them, stubborn enough to keep going, and bold enough to act again and again. Austin Adduci is one such serial entrepreneur who believes in setting his own goals and runs businesses by how he sees them suitable.

Austin Adduci was a normal boy until the time he became the president of CA Reality Group LA, Inc. for seven years. This made him realize his own worth and how far he can go in the entrepreneurial world. Though the firm was successful enough to take a good hold in the industry, Austin chose to challenge his fate and moved in to explore more of the business space.

Austin was always an adventurous lad who was totally serious about his interests and simultaneously with his career goals. So, when he was passing through his teenage, his love for air made him a licenced IFR pilot at just 14. Well, this in actual shows that Austin’s interests are also as great as his career goals.

As Austin’s versatility moves in various startups and industries, he always makes sure that his next investment and energy goes into a better place. He loves to learn from every investment he does and keep that experience as learning for his coming purchase. So, let’s lookout where Austin has been handing in all the investment of time and energy these days.

Well, during these past recent years, Austin is committing his vigour into silver and gold trading. His commitment has shown him outcomes and now he is counted as the successful top trader of this field. This is not where it stops, Austin’s recent buying-in Dtox Day Spa is rolling over and he has been franchising it in Los Angeles.

It is no less to say that this entrepreneur Austin Adduci is surely an ideal example for our young generation. His discipline towards his zeal is what we call pure passion for the profession. Calling him out as one of the unique entrepreneurs is surely nothing but an appreciation to this true gentleman Austin Adduci.

Serial Entrepreneur Jordan Lintz is the Master of Social Growth

Jordan Lintz is a 23-year-old entrepreneur and expert in both social media branding and networking. He’s the co-founder of multiple divisions under the HighKey brand, including the first company he started, HighKey Technology, which quickly grew into a seven-figure business within three years. His two other companies, HighKey Agency and HighKey Clout, soon followed, and within an even shorter period of time, he managed to grow both into seven and eight figure businesses.

Soon after starting college at the University of Winnipeg, Jordan realized that he did not need an official piece of paper to achieve what he wanted in his career. During this time at school, he started HighKey Technology, an e-commerce company centered around consumer electronics. The business was growing steadily and made $50,000 selling wireless earbuds in the first three months. That initial success convinced him that leaving school to expand his business full-time was the right thing to do.

That said, Jordan still stresses the importance of education and says that people should base their decisions on what they’ll get out of it. If they need the diploma to be able to work in their chosen career, then it’s obviously very important. For someone like him, college was a great place to cultivate his interests, but ultimately not what he needed to progress in life. He had found the right opportunity to capitalize on, and the timing had felt right, two fundamental traits that define whether a business is going to be successful or not.

Even so, it wasn’t smooth sailing all the way through. Jordan and his team didn’t pay themselves a wage for the first two and a half years while getting HighKey Technology up and running. Instead, they chose to funnel their profits into the business so that it could have the funds it needed to expand. “When starting a business, you shouldn’t be thinking about the money at all. It sounds weird, but it’s true. You have to put yourself in a mindset where you would do what you are trying to pursue for free. Put in the hours, effort, and passion for your dream to have incredible returns,” Jordan explains.

Two years ago, Jordan and his partners decided to expand their business into a different industry: social media marketing. Jordan always felt drawn toward the complex strategies and methods and the creative aspect that went into growing a brand’s following online. HighKey Agency was born from this idea, and has acquired many high-profile clients who pay monthly retainers to manage and create content on their social media platforms along with great press articles to showcase their clients success.

Jordan’s most recent company, HighKey Clout, is also based upon his love for figuring out the best ways to optimize social growth but focuses on influencer management (specifically celebrity giveaways) on Instagram.

One of the biggest drivers of Jordan and his partners’ success is their focus on building a sustainable growth model where one company forms a step on the ladder toward the next venture. This approach may not work for every entrepreneur out there, but it’s certainly paying off for Jordan Lintz. What makes you stand out from others in your field?

I know a lot of entrepreneurs who stop pushing themselves after a few successful companies or projects. It’s really easy to get comfortable once you feel like you’ve “made it.” But I haven’t stopped. I launch a new entrepreneurial venture each year and have written three books so far.

How have you grown over the past 5 years?

I’ve learned that it’s best to give your energy to the big thing that can knock down all the other dominos. Figuring out how to prioritize and devoting my time to the highest value tasks has been huge.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your career?

Any great achievement takes a team. You’re almost always better off working with someone who can provide a different perspective and set of abilities to whatever it is you’re trying to accomplish.
