“Successful and unsuccessful people do not vary greatly in their abilities. They vary in their desires to reach their potential.” – John Maxwell
There is no end to education. It is not that you read a book, pass an examination, and finish with education. The whole of life, from the moment you are born to the moment you die, is a process of learning. If we remember this and keep our aim to learn from every situation and everyone, then success would be a lot easier than it seems.
Kavon, also known as ItsKavon, has 10 years of experience in what he does today and continues to believe that he still has a lot to learn with every passing day. An audio engineer and music mixer, Kavon’s passion has always been music and he chose to continue to sharpen his skills in order to take his music career forward.
The 23 year old mixing artist went to The Art Institute of Atlanta to pursue a degree in audio & sound production. During his time in Atlanta, Kavon managed to get an internship at a major studio and used that opportunity to make some great contacts.
‘Always remain a student; never think you know more than the next man because that stops your mind from taking in new information, and that’s not what you want. Your goal should be to learn something new every day’, advices Kavon, as he moved from his closet room to running his own studio business in Greenville, South Carolina.
